Return & Refund Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), customers who purchase goods online have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the customer receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the Seller by email or through the contact details provided on the website.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- the product must not have been used;
- the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging;
- all labels, seals, and tags must remain intact;
- proof of purchase must be provided.
The customer is responsible for returning the goods within 14 days after notifying the Seller of the withdrawal.
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
For health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products once they have been unsealed after delivery.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- underwear
- lingerie
- hosiery
- corsetry products
- other intimate apparel
These products cannot be returned if the protective seal, hygiene strip, or packaging has been removed or damaged after delivery, in accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If the delivered goods are damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must notify the Seller within 48 hours of receiving the order.
In such cases the customer may choose:
- replacement of the product, or
- a full refund.
The Seller may request photo evidence of the defect before processing the claim.
5. Refunds
Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, the Seller will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or proof of return shipment has been provided.
6. Return Address
Returned products must be sent to the Seller’s address indicated in the Contact section of the website.
